Within the programme we discuss the issues around Domestic Abuse and the tactics the abuser uses, to learn the warning signs, keeping safe and understanding the effects that being in an abusive relationship can have on yourself and your family, understanding the power and control over another person.

The course will discuss these issues and empower you to make change in your life, rebuilding confidence and self-esteem and understanding as to what a healthy relationship looks like.
