Male Support
Supporting Male Survivors of Domestic Abuse
You are not alone – it is difficult for men to come forward due to the stigma around domestic abuse. The hardest step is coming forward. Let us help.
We have trained male support workers that can provide emotional, practical and safety advice – from a man’s perspective.
We can help you to understand what you’ve been through, help you understand the tactics used by an abuser, and work with you to get you the help you need with 1 to 1 support.
We also offer a drop in service between Wednesday 1 – 3pm each week.
If you need legal advice – please call 01795 608028 to make an appointment.
The Phoenix Programme, is gender neutral programme to help understand the impact/effects the abuse had on you.
This is facilitated as a male only group, for our male clients.

We coordinate well-being activities to help you feel empowered – such as our 3 part photography course and a gym program.
Finally – we can aid in signposting support – helping you find other services available in the UK specific to your needs.
