Grow with Us & Wellbeing Programme
Well Being Courses – A range of free courses designed to help you get back on track with your life – Grow With Us.
Cookery – We can’t promise that we will make you a master chef but we do promise that you will enjoy cooking a variety of dishes. The classes run once a week, over a 6 week period. We provide all of the ingredients and ensure that the groups are small and cater for any dietary requirements, or allergies.
Arts and Crafts – Our sessions are client based and include various crafts, card making, painting, drawing and much more. They run weekly at 2 venues, in partnership with Swale Your Way.
Gym Sessions – If you don’t feel ready to walk into a Leisure Centre, this may be an option for you right now. We work in partnership with a local housing provider to offer you the use of a much quieter gym, with qualified instructors who can design a programme to suit you.
For a very small fee we can provide you with a Gym & Swim pass for local Leisure Centres during off peak hours. These passes run from Jan – July and July – Jan.
